Responsibilities & Context:
∎ overseeing the hotel's pre-opening engineering activities and managing electrical infrastructure, including the electrical substation, BBT, MDB, SDB, backup generators, IT infrastructure, motor/pump control panels, elevators, electrical wiring (external & internal), CCTV, PA system, and other electrical equipment.
∎ The role ensures that the project team operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and local government legislation.
∎ Hotel Pre-Opening Engineering Activities Property Maintenance
∎ Electrical Substation, BBT, Backup Generators, Pumps, Control Panel, and Other Electrical Utility Services.
∎ Preventative Maintenance CCTV, PABX System, PA System, AV, BMS, Online UPS, Pumps, etc.
∎ Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including substations, BBT, pumps, construction equipment, fuses, lights, and wiring.
∎ Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components.
∎ Perform all work in a manner that complies with electrical codes, blueprints, and standards.
∎ Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning.
∎ Complete required documentation of repairs and service information.
∎ Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts.
∎ Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components.
∎ Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs.
