Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience within a development organization and counselling.
∎ Preference will be given to demonstrated working experience in Child Protection Program
∎ Experience in documenting, analysing and summarizing qualitative data
∎ Experience in providing/facilitating training/meeting
∎ Good knowledge on using MS Office and internet
∎ Basic knowledge in child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to problem solving
