• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and related technologies.

Job Context:

Shishu Polli Plus (a project of The Sreepur Village, Bangladesh) is a humanitarian organization which is located in Sreepur of Gazipur District. We provide support of shelter, education, rehabilitation & livelihood training to the destitute mothers and children which help them to re-settle in their community with better financial and interpersonal skills. We are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Coordinator-IT as per followings:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to organization’s IT infrastructure and systems and managing technology needs within budget targets.

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner and assist in the implementation of IT initiatives.

• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data including CCTV camera maintaining.

• Prepare and updating IT policy and different IT related formats.

• Document  IT Procedures and maintain technical documentations

• Collaborate with other team members to support IT related activities in a customer service manner

• Develop, update and maintain website, Apps of the organization.

• Performs routine desktop backup as schedule or directed.

• Supports unit infrastructure (serves, switches, router, Apps etc.) and engages appropriate Mi-IT and/or vendor resources

• Should have knowledge  about ERP & other software dealings

• Assist in creating and maintain secure server environment

• Professional experience on front-end-design/development using Java Script, Ajax, JQuery, Bootstrap, and HTML & CSS is preferable

• Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, installation and troubleshoot activities.

• Ensure IT devices and network are secure and optimize for performance
