Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure handing over is done in an appropriate manner
∎ All messages to be passed to the next person in charge
∎ All area is clean at all time
∎ Ensure all requisitions are raised on time to avoid shortages
∎ Stock control - stock ordering for Food & Beverage is based on weekly usage and established par levels.
∎ Arrange all stock order accordingly
∎ Receive stock and check quality / quantity base from the purchase order
∎ Working in a team ensuring quality standard (SOP), control wastages / spoilage, equipment’ and maintenance
∎ Delegation on who, how, when and where it can be done that job will be finished in time
∎ Work closely with the Chef De Partie and Supervisor (FOH) to achieve mutual understanding
