∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chinese food, Continental food, European food, Indian food, Thai Food
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have various culinary dishes as per given recipe or guests demand.
∎ Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
∎ Cook food in a timely manner
∎ Monitor food stock and place orders
∎ Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
∎ Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
∎ Prepare different bangla food items for honorable MD Guest & employees.
∎ Should be able to prepared authentic Chinese & European food cooking experience.
∎ Must be able to read and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Proper knowledge about food portion and recipe.
∎ Will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within the kitchen.
∎ Clean and maintain Kitchen before and after practicing cooking
∎ Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
∎ Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Hotapara, Gazipur .
∎ Practice knowledge of English is desirable

Salary: Negotiable
