Job Purpose
The Conversion Officer plays a crucial role within Campora, focusing on coordinating, planning, and delivering a diverse range of activities to meet recruitment targets. Their primary objective is to recruit prospective students and convert them into successful applicants for Campora`s partner universities. In this capacity, they will contribute to compliance procedures and engage directly with students. This includes conducting interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability and prepare them for the university admissions process. The Conversion Officer will provide comprehensive guidance on course selection, application procedures, and university life, while also offering personalized support to all students throughout their application journey. It is vital for the Conversion Officer to continuously collaborate with partner universities to stay updated on admission requirements and program offerings, as well as to contribute to the development and implementation of conversion strategies aimed at improving application-to-enrolment ratios.
Your Responsibilities:
The objectives related to the job role of Conversion Officer, shall include, but not be limited to:
Upload the offer and process it, update the database, list conditions, create requirements, create a task for further actions, and email offers to the Agent
Chase for documents, deposit, share important deadlines, and assess documents from Agents
Share documents and requests for unconditional offers with universities
Request for payment proof, follow-up on bank statement and TB test from Agents
Share payment proof and additional documents with universities
Provide guidelines and information for an interview to agents and assess students’ English language level through mock interviews.
Schedule or request interviews with the partner universities, and request the results alongside detailed feedback
Manage the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and share the deadlines with the respective agents. Collect and verify essential documentation, financial evidence, and tuberculosis (TB) certificates. You should confirm pre-CAS and share the final CAS with agents.
Assist students directly with various support services, including counselling, verifying documents, preparing for interviews, ensuring compliance, processing CAS requests, and facilitating visa applications.
Forward all documents and CAS requests to the university.
Offer guidance on visa applications, including advising on document collection and preparing for UKVI interviews.
Follow-up on visa application-related updates, advice on completing online enrolment, share deadline for additional payment and enrolment, collect visa copy, arrival date-related info, collect Biometric Residence Permit (BRP)
Manage refund processes and maintain regular follow-ups with the universities until students receive their refunds.
Request information on enrolment and key dates information with universities. Share deposit slip for additional payment, confirm enrolment and share visa copy and BRP with universities.
