Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operating and Monitoring Automated Systems: Operating and monitoring the PLC system in the control room, ensuring a smooth production flow.
∎ Managing Batching and Pellet Systems: Manage the computer systems controlling the batching of ingredients and the pelleting process, which are crucial for accurate feed formulation and production.
∎ Monitoring Process Parameters: Monitoring various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and speed to ensure optimal equipment performance and prevent deviations from the desired process.
∎ Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Responsible for identifying and resolving errors in the production process, ensuring a smooth and error-free operation.
∎ Reporting on Performance: They prepare reports on production, maintenance, and other relevant aspects of the feed mill operation.
∎ Using Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the feed milling process, including batching, pelleting, and mixing.
∎ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze process parameters, identify problems, and implement solutions.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
