Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Bachelor Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, Implement and deliver the activities according to the project implementation plan;
∎ Mobilize the Restorative Justice Facilitators (RJFs), Mediators and CBO/federation members along with the community actors to identify and provide support to the victim women of domestic violence;
∎ Develop network and maintain liaison with the local institutions (both Government and Non- Government) who are providing supports to the victim women and girls;
∎ Build linkage with adolescents/adolescent’s club, youth/youth club or forum to provide support to victims of domestic violence;
∎ Maintain close relation with the UP/ULAC/UP-SC /women and child welfare organizations to provide support to victim women and girls and refer them to relevant agencies;
∎ Provide support to released prisoners and prisoner’s family to reintegrate them in the society through RJFs/Meditators/ Paralegals;
∎ Linkage building and maintain regular communication with selected police faries, police stations and SSDs to refer victim women and girls;
∎ Provide orientation on measures to stop violence against women for relevant community stakeholders;
∎ Facilitate and maintain regular communication/ meeting over phone or maintaining social distance with the RJFs, Mediators / CBOs as well community actors;
∎ Assist RJFs and Mediators to resolve family dispute at community level;
∎ Monitoring and follow up of the relevant project activities;
∎ Documentations, Reporting (monthly / quarterly / periodically) and prepare case study and event reports;
∎ Support to prepare different documents on project implementation;
∎ Maintain close working relation with ‘Paralegal Advisory Service’;
∎ Perform any other duties required by the Project Coordinator/ RDRS management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years’ experience to work with any development organization at community level on human rights and governance, legal aid service, promoting and protecting rights of women and girls, other marginalized groups and conflict transformation etc.
∎ Have deeper understanding of the socio-economic context of Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to document the findings from the field and prepare report individually.
∎ Ability to work in critical situation in community level.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with frequent field visit (as required).
∎ Good writing and communication skill.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
