Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for compliance activities;
∎ Handle all types of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/GOTS/ISO/Environment/OEKO-TEX and other Certification Audits);
∎ Preparation & develop Company policy & Procedure as per requirement of Labor Law & Buyers' COC;
∎ To monitoring Health -Safety, Environment & Welfare issues.
∎ Organize and conduct training the employees on Rules & Regulation & Work conditions;
∎ Other than the above-mentioned duties all other duties assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to handle Buyer : Aldi, Best seller, H&M, Kohls,New Yorker,Ginatricot, LIDL, GAP, Walmart .

Salary: Negotiable
