Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to management.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international compliance standards.
∎ Prepare factories for buyer inspections and third-party audits.
∎ Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure timely implementation.
∎ Conduct training sessions and workshops for awareness on ethical practices and safety.
∎ Monitor social compliance metrics and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with audit bodies and buyer compliance teams.
∎ Ensure documentation is properly stored and available for instant access during audits.
∎ Proceed BSCI , SEDEX and several international Audit.
