Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
∎ Monitor and track cash flow, daily transactions, and budget utilization.
∎ Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
∎ Ensure all tax and VAT documentation are submitted correctly and timely.
∎ Assist external auditors and coordinate audit processes efficiently.
∎ Maintain financial security by following internal controls and policies.
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and resolve discrepancies quickly.
∎ Support payroll preparation by ensuring relevant data is collected and processed.
