Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed university, Education in Business will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in driving the recruitment and selection process according to the rules of the organization
∎ Assist to ensure labor law, buyer code of conduct, healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, efficient housekeeping and positive environment
∎ Assist to implement written policies, procedures, provide training, arrange awareness program and keep the necessary records
∎ Establish good industrial relation in the factory environment
∎ Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and maintain compliance
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as and when required
∎ Take appropriate corrective action and monitor all corrective measures
∎ Assist to maintain and develop housekeeping of working floors and factory premises to ensure neat and clean work environment
∎ Assist for maintaining liaison with local govt. offices (PS, UP, Labor office, DIFE, Fire Service, Titas gas, REB, RDH etc.) and keep updated all kinds of Govt. permissions, approval, renewals etc.
∎ Ensure compliance for ISO, BSCI and other audits
∎ Ensure day to day administrative works, manage canteen and hospitality related works
∎ Supervise daily operations of security personnel, vehicle management and cleaning staffs
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Compliance, Factory HR Administration, General Administration, General HR
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Tannery/Footwear, Garments
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Excel and MS Word
∎ Very good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Hardworking, determined and focused
∎ Able to work under huge pressure and meet deadline
