Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having certification/training in Compliance/Social Compliance will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR and compliance., Social Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the formation of all types of committees as per legal law and monitor their activities
∎ Control and maintain all checklists of the canteen, rest room, child care, toilets, and drinking water
∎ Assist in Conducting lateral audits, prepare reports, and solve issues along with department heads
∎ Ensure good relations between workers and the management
∎ Assist in Conducting all types of training and keep records of them
∎ Assist in the process to ensure a healthy environment at the workplace
∎ Prepare floor during the audit, visits of 1st, 2nd, or 3rd parties as required
∎ Give support and liaison with the Regulatory team of the organization to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and legal papers
∎ Measure safety and health issues according to local laws and international standards
∎ Face various compliance audits, visits, and others
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on BSCI, SEDEX, C-PAT, Better work will get preference
∎ Knowledge on ISO and other system audit will get preference
∎ Knowledge on building safety, fire safety, electrical safety will get preference
∎ Well-conversant with buyer Compliance and Code of Conduct
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, amendment act 2013, Labor Rules 2015 and other required laws applicable to factories
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Very strong counseling capability and sound interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player
∎ Proactive and result-oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
