Job Context:
∎ Foreign based organizations is looking for Compliance Auditor/Sr. Auditor. Candidate should have sound knowledge in Local Labour laws, rules, acts, and SOPs and must be work experience in Compliance Dept. Should have sound knowledge in International Audit and Certifications like BSCI, SEDEX, ORGANIC as well as different Brands COC Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules
∎ Job Location : Job station Dhaka but for the prospective of Job nature frequently to Move Industrial areas different locations in BD and Abroad such mentality to be required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Internal Audit and development and guidelines to the supplier as per the requirements.
∎ Quality and Integrity to be strictly followed as per job task and organizations CoC.
∎ Communicate with suppliers regards Compliance Query, Audit and Certifications Update and if require then closely work with Top management based on work nature.
∎ Strongly involvement with BSCI remediation plan, ETI Base code Finding mitigate, Certifications Update, Technical/Chemical and Environment Audit Requirement with procedures.
∎ Update compliance reports and development status regularly to Management and Headquarter.
∎ Should have own creativity to problem solving and managed sudden compliance problematic situation how to make it easier by own capacity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Third Party Auditor/Factory (Environment, Chemical Management , Social Compliance & Technical)
∎ Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing) and Computer office Program.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience in the related fields.
∎ Auditor and Auditee Experience min 2/3 years or more like BSCI, SEDEX, TE & GOTS,ISO, ENVIRONMENT & TECHNICAL, CHEMICAL Management, HIGG, any others International standards Certifications Etc.
∎ Able to interact with management and suppliers.
∎ Who have work experience in RMG Sectors/ third party/Buying Brand offices will get special privilege.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in any circumstances and challenges.
∎ If require able to travel frequently based on job nature both local and international.
∎ Nice Professionalism, cooperation with team and colleagues
∎ Lack of confidence, Lazy, Smoker and virtually social sites addicted are discourage to Apply.
