Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake community survey and selection of peer leaders among adolescents, ideal parents
∎ Conduct PRA
∎ Community mobilization & sensitization
∎ Group Formation with adolescents, parents & guardians
∎ Regular field visit
∎ Regular Household visit
∎ Arrange training and prepare training report
∎ Conduct courtyard session
∎ Operate school-based activity
∎ Liaison and build up relationships with community base LGI representatives, LSP, and other stakeholders for sensitizing on child protection
∎ Participate in GO and NGO coordination meetings at the union level and represent the project and organization;
∎ Assist in organizing different Day observations
∎ Conduct training of children, adolescents, parents, teachers, religious leaders, LGI representatives
∎ Data entry
∎ Case study and success or failure story collection
∎ Prepare monthly/ daily/ weekly action plan
∎ Prepare the necessary report
∎ Facilitate donor/external visits and ensure that recommendations of visitors are addressed.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Any other necessary tasks (logical, rightful, and reasonable) assigned by the authority.
∎ This position based on Union level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Having android mobile set & capable to operate, it is mandatory.
∎ Staying at own working area (Union level).
∎ Good in teamwork.
∎ Gender sensitive and cultural minded personnel.
∎ Good facilitation skill.
∎ Skill on communication & coordination.
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Facilities will be different only for Khulna City Corporation (KCC) area.
