Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or 4 years Bachelor Degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobilize the field including groups of marginal, landless, small and women managed households/farmers, as well as relevant stakeholders (Uniion Parishad, Upazila administration, Water Development Board, Agriculture department etc.)
∎ Select the project sites and the appropriate beneficiaries as per the guideline of the project
∎ Organize and re-organize the water user groups as per by law
∎ Select and scale out the suitable cropping options through discussion with the relevant stakeholders
∎ Assist to demonstrate the suitable cropping options in different cropping seasons
∎ Establish linkage with agriculture service providing agencies (including BARI, BRRI, DAE, DoF, DoL etc,)
∎ Establish linkage with market actors (public and private actors) to enhance the input and market chains
∎ Explore linkage with Banks, MFIs and others
∎ Mobilize the WUGs for effective management of water and irrigation including polders and sluice gates
∎ Assist agriculturists and other researchers as per the requirements
∎ Assist the study in-terms of data collection, Ethical Community Engagement, PRA exercise (FGDs, KIIs and case study)
∎ Prepare field notes and field reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on Data Collection, Facilitation, PRA and PAR.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Has strong mentality to work in a team
∎ Communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bangla
∎ Have valid motor driving license
∎ Should have smart phone and capable to online operating system (zoom/Microsoft team meeting/whatsapp etc.)
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
