Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year experience and expertise on communication, organizing and conducting training, workshop and seminar at district, divisional and national level. Candidate who has experience on mobilizing agriculture and entrepreneur related work will be given preference. Responsibilities and activities will include the following:
∎ Identify resources present within the subproject areas according to the nature and properties of the resources and enlist those with approximate area, locations and ownership
∎ Job duration is 5 months after the joining
∎ Good understanding skill on communication
∎ Organize training participants works with agriculture and entrepreneur related work
∎ Motivate, identify and recruit of training work
∎ Arrange and deliver introductory training
∎ Carry out all other tasks and when activities as needed.
∎ Willing to work in a team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year(s) experience on communication, organizing and conducting training, workshop, seminar award giving ceremony with schools network
∎ Excellent skill on computer (MS Office, MS Excel and power point presentation)
∎ Capable to regular communicate over internet, email, skype and mobile
∎ Excellent communication, motivation and leadership capability
∎ Required smart presentation and hard working
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
