  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Phone & telephony systems: clear voice etiquette, call routing, call logging and basic IVR navigation.

  • CRM proficiency: add/update contacts, change lead stages, tag and segment prospects, run simple lists and export basic reports (e.g., CSV export of lead status).

  • Messaging platforms: professional WhatsApp and email communication, use of templates, quick replies and multimedia (images, PDFs) for sharing course materials.

  • Calendar and scheduling tools: set appointments, send calendar invites, reschedule workflows and follow-up reminders (Google Calendar, Outlook or similar).

  • Basic reporting & metrics: track conversion rates, follow-up cadence, daily/weekly call logs and status dashboards; ability to summarize findings in short reports.

  • Office productivity tools: comfortable with spreadsheets, word processing and simple forms to maintain accurate records and create follow-up lists.

  • Calendar and meeting tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and basic spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting.

  • Comfortable handling a steady volume of calls and messages while maintaining professional service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with a friendly, professional manner to welcome and inform potential trainees.

  • Guide interested candidates through course options, enrollment steps, fees, and schedules to support clear, confident decision-making.

  • Maintain regular, personalized follow-up with prospective trainees, current participants, alumni, and key stakeholders to foster engagement and retention.

  • Manage enrollment records and update basic CRM data accurately to ensure reliable candidate tracking and reporting.

  • Coordinate training schedules, orientation sessions, and related communications to ensure smooth onboarding and timely participation.

  • Respond promptly to queries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media while maintaining a helpful and positive tone.

  • Track enrollment progress, share status updates with the team, and highlight opportunities to improve conversion rates.

  • Build rapport with candidates by listening to needs, addressing concerns, and offering relevant information and encouragement.

  • Collaborate with trainers, administrative staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline the enrollment experience.

  • Identify common candidate questions and feedback, and suggest improvements to communications, processes, or materials.
