Experience:
Diploma, Certificate, or National Skills Certification in Tailoring, Dress Making, Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related discipline from any government approved recognized institution.
Candidates having prior relevant experience will be preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Strong practical skills in tailoring and garment construction.
Proficiency in pattern making, cutting, sewing, and finishing.
Knowledge of sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding of competency-based learning methodologies.
Ability to develop practical training materials and assessments.
Technical expertise in tailoring and dress making.
Training facilitation and coaching skills.

To deliver competency-based Tailoring and Dress Making training to Rohingya youth and adults, enabling participants to acquire practical vocational skills, improve employability, and engage in income-generating activities.
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Tailoring and Dress Making according to approved curricula and training plans.
Deliver demonstrations on measurement taking, pattern making, cutting, stitching, finishing, alterations, and garment construction.
Train participants on the safe operation and maintenance of sewing machines, cutting tools, and tailoring equipment.
Develop lesson plans, session plans, practical exercises, and training schedules.
Ensure competency-based and participatory learning approaches are applied throughout the training.
Support participant selection according to project criteria.
Maintain participant attendance records and performance tracking systems.
Conduct regular practical and theoretical assessments.
Evaluate trainee competencies against established standards.
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
