Graphic design tools: proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or Figma; able to produce source files, export web-ready assets (PNG/JPG/SVG) and design templates for recurring use.
Content management and scheduling: familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or equivalent; able to maintain a content calendar and schedule multi-platform posts with variants per platform.
Digital advertising basics: working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign setup (audiences, budgets, creatives), ability to read ad reports and recommend simple optimizations (ad creative swap, audience narrowing, bid adjustments).
Analytics and reporting: comfortable with Google Analytics (basic reports), social native insights, and spreadsheet-based KPI summaries; able to prepare short monthly performance notes with top 3 learnings and recommended next steps.
Brand implementation: apply brand guidelines consistently—colors, typography, logo usage, tone and messaging—across all creatives and channels.
Basic web/content formatting: understanding of image/video size requirements for web and LMS pages, ability to prepare compressed assets without visible quality loss (e.g., export settings for web images and MP4 H.264 for video).
Strong written and verbal communication: craft concise social captions, brief campaign summaries, and collaborate clearly with program colleagues and stakeholders.
Creativity and visual judgement: translate program value into engaging visuals and narratives; suggest creative directions supported by rationale and audience fit.
Time management and prioritization: manage multiple content streams, meet publication deadlines, and handle ad-hoc requests without compromising planned deliveries.
Attention to detail: maintain consistency in branding, check exports for visual defects, and proof captions/copy for errors before publishing.
Adaptability and learning mindset: iterate quickly on creative tests, adopt new platform features, and accept feedback to improve outputs.
Stakeholder coordination: gather assets and approvals from program teams, respect content sensitivity and privacy when publishing participant stories.

Job Responsibilities:
Design eye-catching promotional assets—banners, posters, cards, flyers, and digital creatives—tailored for the website and social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and course promos, optimizing format and pacing for each platform.
Maintain and update YESDI’s social media pages daily, schedule content, and engage promptly with audience interactions.
Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns for courses, events, and initiatives, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics for better results.
Ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across YESDI, E-Polytechnic, and associated initiatives by applying brand guidelines thoughtfully.
Coordinate with program teams to collect content, participant stories, and success case studies, turning them into compelling promotional materials.
Monitor campaign metrics—engagement, reach, and basic analytics—prepare concise reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate with colleagues to align promotional efforts with program objectives and timelines, keeping communication clear and timely.
