∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline (Science background or Engineer will be preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Written & Oral communication in English with overseas Suppliers.
∎ Find out new sources of suppliers for business from Asian and European countries.
∎ Prepare Quotation, Indent/Proforma Invoice.
∎ Deal with L/C, Shipments and Payments.
∎ Co-ordination with Sales Members.
∎ Maintain & Update all Business Documents in time.
∎ Other work/Task/Assignment given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good written & oral communication skill in English.
∎ Should be Proactive & have positive Attitude.
∎ Leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ At least 4 years experience in any business organization and dealing with overseas Suppliers.
