Responsibilities & Context:
The Senior Sales Executive is the primary revenue driver in the field. This role is responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting property presentations, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, and maintaining strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Each Senior Executive is assigned to a specific project and carries individual revenue accountability alongside team targets
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, approach, and qualify prospective land buyers through field visits, digital leads, referrals, and network outreach
• Conduct professional property presentations and site visits, clearly articulating project value, location advantages, and investment returns
• Own the full sales cycle — from first contact through negotiation, objection handling, and final closing
• Maintain daily CRM entries for all calls, visits, follow-ups, and client status updates without exception
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager
• Follow up consistently with all assigned leads within the defined SLA; ensure no lead is left uncontacted beyond 24 hours
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate referrals and repeat investments
• Submit daily activity reports to the Sales Manager covering leads contacted, visits completed, and pipeline status
• Coordinate with the Accounts Department for booking documentation and payment confirmation
• Represent Southeast Landmark Ltd. professionally in all client interactions, maintaining company standards for communication and conduct
• Support junior sales executives with field guidance and deal structuring when required
