  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Faridpur, Rajbari, and Gopalganj for business development and client visits.
  • Must be a permanent resident of Faridpur Sadar.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who own a motorcycle, laptop, and smartphone.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Selected candidates must stay in Dhaka for a minimum of one (1) week before joining to complete mandatory training at their own cost.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote the company's SaaS products and achieve business objectives.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, client meetings, and market research.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute targeted sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product features, functionality, and usage.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities to generate leads and increase market awareness.

  • Prepare and maintain daily sales records, customer visit reports, and submit monthly performance reports to the Business Head.

  • Monitor sales progress, collections, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular updates to the line manager.

  • Report daily (morning and evening) to the line manager on sales activities, collections, client visits, pipeline status, and target achievements.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and after-sales support for customers.

  • Perform any other sales and marketing responsibilities assigned by management to support business growth.
