Good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) & Internet.
Strong business communication, effective customer relationship management, and a high level of patience.

Responsibilities & Context:
Performs order entry arrange sample to customer by inputting purchase information into the computer program.
Handles and resolves customer complaint & accounts receivable monitoring.
Communication with customer (Mail Communication, Phone Communication and Customer visit)
Collaborate with Sales/Production for daily follow up.
Check PI before confirming the order to avoid the mistake.
Should update superiors with work reports.
Internal communication with P&O, Production control, Commercial team etc.
Other duties may be assigned, have to accept any new changes and challenges.
