Achieve the sales target fixed by management.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales targets.
• Strong network with garments factories, buying houses, merchandising teams, and sourcing offices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to identify potential clients and convert opportunities into business.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Sound knowledge of the garment’s accessories market.
• Good computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of both Bangla and English.
