• Bachelor of Commerce (Pass)

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from garments factories, buying houses, sourcing offices, and export-oriented apparel manufacturers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

• Strong network with Garments factories, buying houses, merchandising teams and sourcing offices.

• Candidate must have knowledge about Garments Accessories products like Heat Seal, Printed Label, Board item, Gum Tape, Poly etc.

• New Buyer Developments, Costing, Product Developments, Order collection from buyer. Negotiating for pricing, sample developing., sourcing and developing.

• Contact with potential buyer for business development against new order collection.

• Corresponding with buyer for specific order and other related issues.

• Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager

• Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer

• Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines

• Achieve the sales target fixed by management.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Any other task assigned by the company.
