Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on AOP Color. The Color Supervisor is mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall AOP Color function.
∎ Job location will be Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have a good understanding about various type of prints. Such as, Pigment, White Discharge, Color Discharge, Glitter, Burn Out etc.
∎ Make recipe of color, optimize & standardize recipe and ensure reproducibility in bulk.
∎ Must be proactive and capable to take decisions.
∎ Must ensure roll to roll/ batch to batch color shades and print quality.
∎ Must have good skill in color matching and sense of quality in printing.
∎ Ability to achieve and sustain desired shades of color from printing to finishing of fabrics.
∎ Coordination with fabric batch supervisor(s) and arrange fabrics for bulk according to production plan.
∎ Ability to recognize fabrics and determine print & processes related thereto.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to accomplish the assigned tasks.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of experience in a large reputed Textile factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AOP Color
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
∎ Operating basic computer software.
∎ Ability to communicate in English & Bengali both.
