• Age At least 30 years

Experiences:

• 1–3 years of experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role or in managing a tele sales team.

• Experience leading a team of at least 10 or more people

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 or younger

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• English communication skills and strong logical thinking

• Hardworking, down-to-earth, and dedicated

• Able to join immediately.

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the collection team to achieve collection targets.

• If needed, contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue payments.

• Allocate accounts, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments.

• Coach and mentor team members to improve communications and customer handling skills.

• Review complex or high-value cases and determine escalation or legal action steps.

• Prepare and present collection performance reports to management.

• Implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.

• Monitor adherence to company policies and debt recovery regulations.

• Analyze collection trends and recommend process improvements.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear KPIs for team members.
