∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Own development and maintenance, deployment, monitor, manage security for our websites
∎ Collect analytics using GTM and generate reports
∎ Manage Integration with third-party service providers like Marketo
∎ Translate beautiful designs (Sketch, PSDs) into smooth & reliable responsive web experiences that are SEO friendly.
∎ Highly skilled in HTML5 and CSS3 (React skill is a plus)
∎ Ability to write custom theme & plugins following WordPress Codex best practice conventions
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and design team to build new experiences for Welcomesoftware.com
∎ Enable marketing team programs across microsites, landing pages, emails, blog/CMS customizations, and marketing automation
∎ Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
∎ Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities
∎ QA all web properties across multiple browsers and screen sizes
∎ Automated QA engineering for the customer-facing applications
∎ Have experience developing Plugins and Themes
∎ Conduct website performance tests
∎ Troubleshoot content issues
∎ Monitor performance/analytic
Additional Requirements:
∎ Computer Science degree or equivalent training/education
∎ Impeccable English communication skills (ability to communicate technical stats)
∎ 3+ years experience in front-end web development with strong experience in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript (JQuery), and responsive design frameworks
∎ Experience with Wordpress and PHP
∎ Experience with Git/GitHub for version control
∎ Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
∎ Good understanding of UX/UI best practices for marketing websites and eagerness to stay abreast of the latest trends
∎ Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process
∎ Communication and collaboration skills that allow you to successfully partner with other teams (technical and non-technical)
∎ The high degree of independent judgment with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
∎ Excellent organization and time management skills
∎ A can-do attitude and dedicated team player
∎ Experience working with debugging tools like Chrome Inspector and Firebug
