Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overview of the Position: Our Customer Success team does a fantastic job of extracting customer data. This valuable information helps our customers analyze their current processes' performance, which allows them to make strategic and operational decisions. Unfortunately, the raw data is not easily digestible and primarily shared via spreadsheets. Therefore, we are looking for a Microsoft Excel wizard who can turn our boring data into visual stories, told via graphs, pie charts, tables, etc. For more information regarding this role, please see below:
∎ What You'll Do: As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll partner with internal teams and customers to-
∎ Translate raw data into visual stories that help drive customers forward and inform the strategic direction of key customer accounts
∎ Work closely with Automation and Migration Engineering (AME) Team to find and export the right source data from our proprietary platform
∎ Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to understand requirement and the story that needs to be told through data analysis
∎ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
∎ Extract data from other reporting tools such as Pendo, Periscope or Segment to contribute to data analyses and customer reports
∎ At times interface directly with customers to gather detailed requirements, iterate on reports and/or discuss the intricacies of custom reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years experience building custom dashboards and custom reports using data visualizations in Microsoft Excel
∎ Ability to understand and translate requirements into clear data visualizations that tell the story that a customer needs to understand
∎ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables, macros and
∎ Working knowledge of SQL for writing queries in platforms such as Segment and Periscope
∎ Ability to work cohesively across multiple teams and levels within the organization
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects with differing deadlines simultaneously
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simpler terms, and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and, at times, external stakeholders as well
