Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore new markets, industries, and client base in a designated region;
∎ Lead a team of relationship managers to achieve the periodic target of business goals set by management;
∎ Manage portfolio to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability;
∎ Analyze financial parameters and market information to derive business decisions;
∎ Visit client's business premises initiated by relationship managers and recommend appropriate proposals for onward processing;
∎ Coach the team members on overall business achievement, credit risk, banking policies, and guidelines;
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of work experience in relevant field;
∎ Excellent and confident leadership skill is highly required;
∎ Appropriate knowledge of all types of banking products (deposit, funded, and non-funded);
∎ Sound knowledge regarding industry, market, and localities;
∎ Ability to interpret financial data and analyze the financial position of the business concern;
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office);
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Expert in customer centricity and self-propelled
