Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing & Customer Relations Executive to strengthen our brand presence in the helmet and motorcycle industry. This role combines digital marketing (online promotions, social media, e-commerce) with customer relationship management (support, dealer communication, after-sales service). The candidate will play a key role in building trust, engaging bikers, and driving both online and offline sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Create engaging content (photos, reels, blogs, short videos) for helmets & motorcycle gear.
  • Manage website and e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Bikroy, own online store).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Customer Relations & Support
  • Handle inquiries from customers via phone, social media, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales/marketing team.
  • Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with updated customer info.
  • Branding & Events
  • Assist in planning promotional campaigns, biker events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Promote safety awareness and highlight the importance of helmet use.
  • Ensure brand visibility in both online and offline channels.
