    Job Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Manage client interactions through Instagram DMs, email, chat, and occasional video calls with professionalism and clarity.

  • Requirement Coordination: Understand client needs, follow up as needed, and pass accurate information to the editing team.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive, long-term client relationships and support the CRM in ensuring high client satisfaction.

  • Language & Cultural Adaptation: Communicate in excellent English and adapt tone or style based on the client’s cultural background.

  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or misunderstandings quickly and professionally.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep organized records of communications, feedback, and project details; prepare and submit regular reports to the Client Relationship Manager.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, social media, or direct outreach. Pitch your agency's services, emphasizing expertise in photo editing, design, and future video editing.
