Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Bangla.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of digital communication tools (PowerPoint,Photoshop,email, CRM, project management apps).

Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview
A Client Management Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a client-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day communication with clients through email, calls, meetings, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and translate them clearly to internal teams (operations, marketing, design, tech, etc.).
Ensure timely delivery of services and projects as agreed with clients.
Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.
Maintain long-term relationships and build trust with key client accounts.
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and share updates with clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
