  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or any related field.

  • A Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

A Client Management Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients through email, calls, meetings, and digital platforms.

  • Understand client requirements and translate them clearly to internal teams (operations, marketing, design, tech, etc.).

  • Ensure timely delivery of services and projects as agreed with clients.

  • Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain long-term relationships and build trust with key client accounts.

  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and share updates with clients.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
