Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and respond to app reviews.
∎ Collect, manage, and answer customer inquiries.
∎ Analyze user queries to understand common patterns.
∎ Create templates to answer common inquiries promptly.
∎ Directly work with the QA team to learn reasons for issues and comprehend the matter for better responses.
∎ Provide regular feedback on issues and queries as they come.
∎ Inform app updates and changes to users as required.
∎ Maintain company standards, quality, and professionalism in written copies.
∎ Review and update documentation periodically to keep it consistent with our applications.
∎ Need to be self-motivated to learn new and trendy things in the iOS platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable about mobile apps
∎ Experience in writing technical copies; e.g., about iOS and Android Apps, is a bonus
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on your experience
