Responsibilities & Context:

Student Advisory Services

  • Provide detailed guidance to students regarding colleges and universities, including academic and extracurricular offerings, admission requirements, and program specifics.
  • Assist students in preparing and submitting applications through designated portals.
  • Follow up with students to finalize program choices and address any concerns related to shortlisted institutions.

Program Research and Staff Training

  • Develop and present tailored program reports to align with student preferences and goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on academic programs, institutional requirements, and related opportunities.
  • Facilitate training workshops for sales representatives to enhance their understanding of program offerings.

Document Management and Customer Support

  • Collaborate with Admissions and Visa Counselors to request, review, and validate customer documentation.
  • Confirm the upload and completeness of required documents through direct student communication.
  • Organize, compile, and format required documentation into professionally structured PDF files, adhering to established standards.

Visa Application Assistance

  • Provide expert guidance to students on visa application processes, including eligibility, required documentation, and submission timelines.
  • Evaluate student profiles to ensure alignment with visa requirements and regulations.
  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of student and tourist visa applications, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Scholarship Research and Compliance Monitoring

  • Conduct research on available scholarships to support students in securing financial aid opportunities.
  • Monitor visa regulations and document validity, assisting students with renewals, extensions, or transitions as required.
