WE’RE HIRING – NIGHT SHIFT

Position: Client Account Manager

Company: Virtual Staffs – US-Based Property Maintenance Firm

Work Location: Office at Nikunja, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Shift: Night (US Hours) – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (BD time)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (from office) & Saturday (by weekly from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendors, recruit new partners & conduct cold calls for property preservation

• Build and maintain strong client & vendor relationships

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with national real estate clients & banks

• Receive, process & manage client workorders

• Assign and track tasks with vendors, clients & data analysts

• Assist in vendor recruitment & client onboarding

• Support company growth through negotiations & strategic initiatives

• Follow management instructions to drive team success

Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening & writing) – USA accent preferred

• Experience in call centers, client/vendor management, or coordination in property preservation is a plus – Freshers are welcome

• English-medium academic background preferred

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Quick thinker, problem solver & adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible, self-motivated & deadline-driven

• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution & teamwork abilities
