Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale. construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Review, manage and amend the drawings received from consultant / client.
∎ Prepare master design specifications, dimensions, thickness etc.
∎ Overseeing structural design and revisions in structural design.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Knowledge to coordinate with Structural & Architectural Team.
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Design, Construction & Engineering team.
∎ Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
∎ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
∎ Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.
∎ Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Ensure civil work like Plot boundary, Road development, Bridge etc. as per Master plan.
∎ Place the material requisition as per drawing and design and verify the quality of supplied goods based on specification.
∎ Follow the work schedule and provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
∎ Ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct and safety measures.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about construction equipment and spare parts.
∎ Creativity and analytical skills.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.
