Job Context:
∎ The role of this position is to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives. He will be in a leading position to direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT applications in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development.
∎ This individual is responsible for all aspects of the organization`s information technology and systems with a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry`s best practice processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategy & Planning-
∎ Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
∎ Lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the organization.
∎ Acquisition & Deployment:
∎ Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT software and IT systems.
∎ Define and communicate corporate procedures, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating new network systems, equipment, software, and other technologies.
∎ Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.
∎ Operational Management:
∎ Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
∎ Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market.
∎ Develop, track, and control the technical services annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Should have 5 years' of relevant experience along with 3 years' of experience in a similar role in any large group of companies.
∎ Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
∎ Substantial exposure to data processing, Enterprise, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications, and outsourced systems
∎ Good understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.
∎ Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management.
∎ Hands-on experience with software design, computer networks, network administration, people management, Information security and project development.
