∎ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

∎ Proven experience of at least 03 (Three) years in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar position.
∎ Experience in participating in government and corporate tenders is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements in relevant sectors.

∎ Oversee all aspects of technology development, infrastructure, and IT security.
∎ Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Actively engage in tender participation, bid preparation, and submission processes for organizations such as NSSD, DGDP, BCG, KSY, and other relevant entities.
∎ Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for new projects and government contracts.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to different departments to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for technical projects.
∎ Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure timely resolution of issues.
∎ Represent the company in technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technical operations, drive innovation, and actively participate in tenders across multiple organizations, including NSSD, DGDP, BCG, KSY, and other eligible entities.
