Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Skills Required: Accounting, Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and preparing all aspects of accounts following the legal requirements like IAS, BAS, IFRS & relevant law & rule on the land in compliance with the regularity bodies.
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, budget preparation, treasury management, investment management etc.
∎ Follow company's approval policy & disbursements as per instruction from respective authority.
∎ To communicate with & assist the external auditors (including special & internal auditors), Tax authority, IDRA & any statutory bodies.
∎ Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions in terms of IDRA, BSEC, DSE & CSE notification and rules.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance act, Company Act, Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ To deal with Company Tax and VAT matter with the concern Regulatory Authority.
∎ To furnish all information & documents as required by the Board of Directors of the Company.
∎ Performing for anti-money laundering activities.
∎ Any other assignment as instructed by the Management of the Company time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working, proactive & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have IT/PC literacy for performing digitally.
∎ Must have proper knowledge in accounting software.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.

Salary: Negotiable
