Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Candidate must have discharging responsibilities as Company Secretary for two years in a reputed non life insurance Company.
Responsibilities & Context: - To work directly with Board Members and top Management for ensuring day to day operation of the Board Secretariat and Administration Department.
- Ensure and Compliance of all regulatory (IDRA, BSEC,DSE,CSE & others) requirements time to time.
- Prepare meeting memo, minutes, draft necessary policies related to non-life Insurance Company as and when required.
