Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute real estate business strategy for growth and profitability.

• Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.

• Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.

• Lead sales, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.

• Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team.
