Job Context:
∎ Overall responsible for operation and management of the company. Oversee factory operation, production and marketing of company products. Develop a marketing strategy and execute the same to attain long term business goals of the company. Develop new products to gain competitive advantage in the market. Take initiatives to bring cost efficiency in the entire production processes. Undertake new projects to enhance profitability of the company. Take initiatives to build a performance culture in the company through guidance, coaching and nurturing. Any other job that Management may assign from time to time.
∎ Graduate Engineer in textile technology from reputed institute MBA from a reputed university will be preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should control buying QC.
∎ Visionary leadership, Strategic planning, Market development, New project initiation and implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Total 10-15 years of experience in textile field with capabilities to handle the job of CEO.
∎ Must be competent enough to operate a Garment factory and take responsibility for 1000 or some more workers and Staff.
∎ Should have good communication skill and must be able to control administration, Operations of the factory.
∎ Ability to merge and lead the merchandisers and Production team.
∎ Have vast knowledge and experience on any technical issue, quality issue, machine layouts related to RMG Manufacturing.
∎ Should have the plan and vision to increase the productivity of the factory staffs to a higher output.
∎ Should have the interpersonal skill to communicate with buyers.
∎ Ability to meet factory cost, budgeting and cost control
∎ Ability to understand problematic environment, and can cope with high pressure situations.
∎ Knowledge in compliance rules, know about BSCI, Sedex Social Compliance rules and regulation.
∎ Should be a honest and dependable person to the management
∎ Can work with any item, critical, basic anything with no allergies.
∎ Technically sound and solvent, can solve problem instantly.
