Experience: 15 years of experience in Life Insurance company (Should have at least 02 years to the immediate lower post of CEO)
Proven track record as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within a distinguished life insurance company is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing and leading within the industry.
Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Proficiency in succession planning strategies and implementation, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.
Strategic vision and forward-thinking mindset, capable of driving innovation and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
