Experience:

• Masters

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd Class or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university.

• Age 45 to 60 years

• Proven track record as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) within a distinguished life insurance company is highly preferred, demonstrating expertise in managing and leading within the industry.

• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

• Proficiency in succession planning strategies and implementation, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.

• Strategic vision and forward-thinking mindset, capable of driving innovation and adapting to evolving market dynamics.

• Other qualification as mentioned in the SRO No. 375-Law/2012, dated 04th November 2012 & SRO No 338-Law/2023, Dated: 12th December 2023

• 12 years of experience in Life Insurance company (Should have at least 02 years to the immediate lower post of CEO).
