Proficiency in succession planning strategies and implementation, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent within the organization.
Strategic vision and forward-thinking mindset, capable of driving innovation and adapting to evolving market dynamics.
Other qualification as mentioned in the SRO No. 375-Law/2012, dated 04th November 2012 & SRO No 338-Law/2023, Dated: 12th December 2023
12 years of experience in Life Insurance company (Should have at least 02 years to the immediate lower post of CEO).
