Brokerage House, Securities House, Trading of Share
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act in good faith and in the interest of the company as well as to take responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance and accounts activities of the company including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations as part of an executive management team of the company;
∎ To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other information that is provided for management;
∎ To maintain liaison with Stakeholders, regulatory authorities and prominent customers.
∎ To collect new clients for the Securities House and maintain good relation with all the clients of the company.
∎ To promote and maintain adequate quality standards, establish methods or evaluating the work of his staff to ensure that the internal audit unit fulfills its responsibilities;
∎ To establish a close relationship of trust with the Managing Director, reporting the key developments and the overall objectives and strategies to implement the personnel policy and other administrative matters of the company to him in a timely manner and seeking advice and support as appropriate;
∎ Managing the marketing channels force, market research, developing and opening new branches, marketing communications, public relations and customer service;
∎ Maintaining and complying the relevant rules and regulations as per the BSEC/DSE as a Compliance Officer;
∎ To make sure that “there is no irregular transaction in the House”.
∎ To carryout recruitment and selection of required workers, staff and officers keeping in view the company’s objective, policy and practice.
∎ To plan, arrange & monitor training & development programs for the workers, staff & officers of the company.
∎ To review absenteeism & take remedial measures.
∎ Any other assigned job required by the management.
