Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Minimum Engineering Graduate from BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ DUET/ RUET.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement an effective overall Factory Electrical, Mechanical & Civil Maintenance policy.
∎ Daily routine as well as preventive overall maintenance works.
∎ Have to have the capacity to successfully lead, run, coordinate entire maintenance team.
∎ Must follow organizational protocol for all procurement; requisition; purchase; store and documentation.
∎ Must be an expert in electrical Load Calculation; single line diagram & circuit diagram (AUTOCAD), garments machinery working knowledge & civil building related knowledge.
∎ Audits and documentations must be effectively handled including follow up and routine update with customers
∎ Always have a ready alternative for all job-related problems / emergencies.
∎ Hands on knowledge on Electrical side of garment machinery; Boilers; Diesel Generators; total factory electrical including AVR; Sub-station; LT-Switch Gear; PFI; Compressor; Fusing Machines; Fire Control Panel including fire pump and addressable fire alarms, civil works etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: At least 5 - 7 years experience will be given preference.
∎ Must be familiar with BNBC & IEE & NFPA, Building/Construction relevant codes/practices. Plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures & upkeeping.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and must be self-motivated.
∎ Physical fitness is a must.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Commensurate to experience and qualification.
