Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in chemistry from public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. Ensure Companypolicies & procedures.
∎ Comply all systems with GMP ,QMS , GLP , safety requirements
∎ Manage and monitor the implementation of GLP throughout the Quality control
∎ Conduct validation activities.(Performance Qualification for Concurrent, Prospective &Retrospective validation) for processes, products, facilities & equipment’s and cleaning validation .
∎ Approval or rejection of raw materials, packaging materials ,intermediate ,bulk &finished products.
∎ Ensure periodic calibration of QC equipments
∎ Ensure chemical studies for process validation ,analytical method validation ,cleaningvalidation .
∎ Ensure stability studies for accelerated real time, on a going samples
∎ Ensure availability of updated specifications, test methods for raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate, bulk & finished products
∎ Handling of non-conformities, OOS (Out of specification), customer complaints and recalls & Review of batch records.
∎ Maintain proper documentation system during all stages of QC work.
∎ Maintain and develop the systems and procedures within the company’s Quality System to ensure compliance with Marketing Authorizations and regulatory requirements.
∎ Investigate Laboratory failure investigations, communicating and monitoring the implementation of appropriate corrective/ preventive action.
∎ Research and development of new product and new project.
∎ Follow up equipment performance snd up to date calibration record.
∎ Plan Analytical procedure for use in complex analysis reviews special chemical investigation write and or reviews reports.
∎ May advise assist in obtaining patent for products, processes or equipment’s.

∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bio-Chemist/Chemist, Medical Research, Quality Controller /Assurance.QC Lab
Salary: Negotiable
