Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the smooth functioning and overall activities of Operating Division.
∎ Manage, lead and monitor Regional/Branch Managers to achieve credit recovery target of Operating Division.
∎ Act as a key coordinating personnel of Operating Division; coordinate 54 branch offices all over Bangladesh.
∎ Fulfill EMI collection target and evaluate for further improvement.
∎ Conduct monthly meeting with Regional/Branch Managers and setup target for each Branch.
∎ Keep regular communication with the Regional/Branch Managers to plan and review activities & monitor collection status of each Branch.
∎ Meet the party/ client and take file closing decision in consultation with the Management.
∎ Responsible for regular follow up with the overdue customers and initiate legal action against the overdue parties/customers.
∎ Monitor the seize program, give decision on different seize issues as per company policy.
∎ Check progress of the seized vehicles in police stations and customs and take necessary legal action to release. After seizing the vehicle, ensure the safe custody of the vehicle in company seize yard.
∎ Supervise the records of untraced vehicles and take initiative to recover the vehicle in consultation with the Branch Managers.
∎ Maintain close liaison with all other division/department of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership skills focusing on Credit operation management with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
∎ Able give quick decision in critical moment.
∎ Fluency in English (written & oral).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
